One message every 30 seconds limit ???

I think this is a very nice restriction. It will cut down the fluff for sure. I definitely support this decision.

This is really to prevent the same post from accidentally being posted twice for such times when you might be having computer problems or the website is reacting slowly -- NOT that this should ever happen here!

 
Oh and it WILL help slow down Birol! I wonder how if found this restriction in the first place!

30 second limit -- hmmmmm -- you mean you haven't found a way around this birol; but then again once you post a reply and get to the next subject, that's just about 30 seconds.
