Hey Birol,  from when I did my Paramedicine thing in the 90's, I can answer your question.....the answer is "0" known as asystole!!  If you mean and still be alive, then Larry was correct that your heart rate was not abby-normal (or was "within normal limits" as we used to say on the ambulance).  I also concur (as if you asked for a "second opinion") that you should keep track of the HR and BP for a while, stress can have an amazing affect on both.

That should be checked out right away, call your doctor NOW.

The weird thing is, I didn't have it when I was working hard, carrying all those newspapers. I was sleeping and woke up because DS was awake at 2:30 am, and then it happened. lying down face up cured it, sideways made it come back .......
