HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

And to you too, Mikey, and to all the SCampers!

Anyone hitting the stores at 6am tomorrow?  I don't know if I'll be that brave, but will be out there before 9am for sure!  I think it's Kohl's that opens at 5:30am.  Heck, some nights I scrapbook till 2am.  May as well just scrap and stay up!

Tracy and David

Believe it or not, David was outside Home Depot at 6:00am this morning, then on to Sportmart, Best Buy, Toys R Us  and Target! (priorities, you know!!!)

He's not back yet, but I imagine he'll be ready for a nap when he gets home!  I didn't have the energy, especially since we need to make a trip up to Camarillo this afternoon to visit Mom and do a 2nd Thanksgiving.  (I sure hope we can go out, 'cause I don't want to cook, nor to eat whatever weird leftovers her "roommate" will have prepared!)

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!  We went to David's Dad's house in Palmdale, ate a "store prepared" meal, and actually had a great time.  Sure miss the good leftovers, though........I guess I'll be making Turkey for Christmas!

OC Campers

I was one of the crazy people out early.  I had Randy set the alarm for
5 am so I could be in line for Target at 5:30.  Alarm goes off, I get up, get in
car, turn car on, clock says 4:30am.  Aargh!!!  So, I drove to Moorpark (we
were in Thousand Oaks) and went to their new Kohls and Target.  The stores were pretty empty and they had all the sale items.  I went to  5 of the big stores and was home by 10am.

Woohoo, well done, Jacqui!  I've done that many times in years past, but not this year.  Went to only JCPenny and Target this morning, just in time for the noon cut-off.  Made a killing at JCP!

So, who's up for Saturday?  I'll be at Michaels before noon for that particular sale.  25% off stuff that's already 30%-40% off.  :D

OC Campers

I wanted to go to JCPenney too but didn't make it.

Randy used to make fun of me for going out so early the day after
Thanksgiving but then he saw what kind of deals I came home with.
Now he asks me what time I am getting up to go.:)

So sorry to hear you had to work Mikey.  That is one of the reasons
I love Thanksgiving.  You get to eat till you drop and then you get a 4 day weekend to recover.

That's Rebecca's favorite phrase, even though we've been out for 6 hours and a bunch of stores... like today!  (It was fun!) :)
