This recipe was given to me years ago when I took a candy making class.  I have made it for years and it always turns out and isn't dangeroug to make.

1 package chips (chocolate, milk, white, mint, etc.)
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the chips on the stove top or in the microwave (if done in the microwave only put it on for 1 minute, the 30 sec. intervals until melted or it will burn in the middle).  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Pour into a 8" x 8" square pan.  If you double this recipe, pour into a 9" x 13" pan.  I usually line the pan with foil then spray with Pam or whatever coating you use.  Place in refrigerator or out in the garage (covered) to cool and set.

You can make variations on this by adding marshmallows, nuts, candies, etc.

Is the jar of Marshmellow creame the same as a 16oz container of Marshmellow fluff?

Calstate361

Yes, I think so.  It is usually made by Kraft.

It's a 7 oz jar of fluff.  That's the "small" regular size.

What I really need is a good CREAMY vanilla fudge recipe.  Can't make real vanilla fudge to save my life!

YES!  I agree!  We should search for one!

Can I interchange the creame and fluff, or no?

The Marshmallow Cream and Marshmallow Fluff are the same thing, I use the standard jar which might be the 7 oz. size. I will have to look at the jar tonight and let you know tomorrow. BTY, WinCo Foods has both the Marshmallow Cream and the Sweetened Condensed Milk on sale now. They seem to be the cheapest since I usually purchase about 6 jars of the Marshmallow Cream and 10 cans of the sweet milk to make all my candy. It really doesn't matter what brand you use.

This fudge is nice and creamy.  In fact, if the weather gets too damp, it takes a lot longer to set up.  I really encourage you to try this one, I think you will like it, especially since you don't have to "cook" it.  People have compared it to Sees Candy/Fudge.

I looked at the jar and it is a 7 oz. size.   The correct name on the jar is "Marshmallow Cream".   Again, I would assume that the fluff and the cream are the same.   The Marshmallow Cream is white and fluffy so that is why some manufacturers might call it Marshmallow Fluff.   I have a "cooked" fudge that I will post:  See's Thousand Dollar Fudge.   I have not made this in years, since I use the easier version now; but as I recall, this one was good also.
