Better know as King Richard companies, Inc. Anyone have thoughts/experiences to share on these folks?

I don't what you mean by King Richard companies. The company name is Camper & Recreation Inc. and does business as Canvas Replacements. The founder and RV Pioneer is Clyde Grambsch was inducted into the RV Hall of Fame several years ago because of his outstanding character and business practices. They've been in business since 1963 and manufactured a line of campers called E-Z Kampers, the first campers with a hard door instead of a zipper. They are currently the largest supplier of aftermarket canvas tenting and also carry parts for many of the different campers that are no longer made.

When it comes to integrity you'll find no better than Canvas Replacments.

A couple years ago, we camped from San Diego to Wisconsin, attended two weddings and then left our PU with the people at Canvas Replacements in Loyal, WI for window repair.  It was convenient for us to pick up the PU on the 4th of July, so the owner came from home to release it to us!  Their work was excellent, the price more than fair and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  Can't beat that!
