Ft. Wilderness is full, and the wife is in a panic attack? need suggesgtions for an alternate campground in the vicinity, preferably with shuttle service to the house of mouse.

I can't help with other suggestions, but you might keep calling and see if you can catch a cancellation.  They happen often.

As Miss-Teri suggests, keep trying - Fort Wilderness usually gets cancelations.  Keep in mind that cancellations "appear" in their computer overnight, so call early in the morning for the best chance of picking one up.

If that fails, everyone raves about Tropical Palms Fun Resort.  Sorry, I can't give you a first hand account, but lots of folks love it.
