Oh, so tempting!!

My dog let me know a few minutes ago that she wanted to go outside. Since this is one of the nicest days we've had in months, we walked around for a little while rather than the usual, "Hurry up and do what you gotta do...it's cold out here!"

Walked up the back driveway and past the popup. The sun is shining. The sky is blue. The temperature is close to 60 degrees (and feels warmer in the sunshine). As I walked past the PU, I swear I heard it whispering to me, "C'mon...pop me up. You know you want to! I've been sitting here since November. Don't you want to pop me up and check things out?" LOL!

It was sooooo tempting to pop it up, and just sit inside and pretend I'm camping. But it's supposed to turn rainy and nasty tomorrow for the rest of the week, so I guess I'll let it wait a little while longer.  :rolleyes:

But everytime I look out the window, I hear it calling me!

we went up and opened ours up on friday, slept over night,and started cleaning her up. Was tempted to de-winterize, but didn't, we decided we would wait and do it in two weeks if the weatherman say's its ok. It was so nice to be home again. and it weathered the winter well, no vistors aboard!

I had the same experience yesterday also... I wanted to go get the PU out of storage just to have it in the driveway. Having it in the driveway make it so much easier to work on when the temps are nice. We hit 62 degrees yesterday depending on which station you listen too. The dogs wanted to just stay outside.

Mine is in the driveway. I brought it home after the race. It is set up level and plugged in. I was in it cleaning it up from the race and I had the radio on CHILLIN'. And I could tell it was asking to be taken to the beach before April 15th.
The wife is leaving Friday for a trip to Indiana to visit her nephew and think the kids and I might go to the lake for the weekend..45 miles drive, weather in the high 6's-low70's.. Just right....A campfire at night breakfast in the morning..Fresh coffee brewing...
You guys and girls have just about talked me into it..
