Yep, this weekend we revert to Daylight Savings Time!!! I hate losing the hours sleep, but really look forward to the extra hour of daylight! This will fit right in with our Easter Camping trip too!!! :D

It will be nice to fire up the grill and actually see the food as it cooks.Lets see-Does that mean that the Irish Cream and coffee by the campfire comes earlier,or later ?

I LOVE the longer days...I love having a few hours of daylight after work.....although I'll still be getting up in the dark.   It does make it easier to set up camp on those quick Friday evening getaways though!

While I LOVE the extra hour of daylight, I get SO messed up by losing that hour when we change our clocks.  It seems to take me all week to get back in sync.  And... we probably won't even get to camp until some time in April as we're booked every weekend until then.

I love the longer day light thingie at the end of the day ! As for adjusting to earlier wake ups, since I am an early bird, I don't really care about it, 5:30 or 6:30, same thing for me ....

I happen to like Daylight Savings time because it allows me to do more in the evening and get the yard and garden looking great.  Also, there's plenty of time to get to the campground and get set up on most any evening.

This sunday we will be waking up REALLY early though ...... kids started to ask, what time it really will be questions ..

I know those questions:  "Well, on the old time, didn't we.....?" :D

My sensitive biological clock makes it difficult to change and takes about a month of adjustment. :(

OMG!!! My alarm goes off at 7:30, I'm usually up by 7:45, and usually at work by 9am....
4:30....ugghhhh!

I like it. :D   It will be light in the evenings and we can do more after I get home from work.  When I worked night shift this was my favorite night of the year to work.  We only worked 7 hours and got paid for 8. :D   In October we work  :) 9 hours and get 1 hour of overtime. :)   I liked the short night better. :J

I get up at 530 now, but usually before the alarm goes off anyway (430-500).

I used to have a job where I got up at 230 am, and hit the road by 3 am!    That job was harder on my bones than my 7pm-7am nursing jobs!

I am usually up before my alarm goes off so the change doesn't bother me much, but DS has a hard time going to bed early enough for the first few days.  This year we will be going camping on Wednesday so that will throw the boys off schedule too. :)
