Birol... I saw 2 pus today, just sitting there, all closed up and looking so unused!  One was pretty old don't know what kind.... had the spring loaded arms.  The other was a small Coleman, I believe.  I was thinking about driving past the two of them again tomorrow and sticking a little note on them or the house doors to tell them to call me if they think they may be interested in having me taking it off their hands.  You never know....

Ok, I can't say I love you for doing this, your DH would kill me, but consider something close being said  ;)  :D  Thanks for keeping an eye out for me :) I want to go to the eastern rally with a PU to be honest, if I can pull it off  :tent:

This will be a an outstanding coordination of resources between  :usflag: and  :canada:  WOOOHHOOOOOOOOOOOO

What is the oldest you can bring into canada???And what is the most you can afford??? I have seen a few in my area for sale, but some look to old, and there is a great one around the block from me, nice but I think too much $$$....

birol

Younger I can bring in without any trouble is 1988 ..... I don't want to spend more than 500 usd ..... Maybe another ~50-150 bucks if it is really nice ... With the travel expenses and stuff that will probably come up to a 100 usd to me. So, say if the PU is in Ohio, then that is no travel expenses :) Further we go more expensive it will be to pick it up ..... So there are no hard numbers :) but I need to stay within a 1K limit including getting it ....

Thanks for keeping an eye out :)

1988 is the newest he can import with out an expensive inspection. :)

The older trailers don't need to be inspected.

She summed it up pretty well !

Nothing newer than 1988 and I am home free :)

B....

It's raining here... AGAIN!  For the past 3 days, nothing but rain.  Not complaining, mind you.  We haven't had rain for about 3 weeks so it's good... the lawn and the plants all need it and my sprinkler system needs a break.  But since it's been raining, I haven't been out to leave notes for the 2 pu owners.  I have plans to be in that area of town tomorrow so as long as the rains are holding off for then, I plan to leave notes tomorrow.  I'll let you know the minute I hear anything!
