Thanks for posting this here.  I've seen the lady that started all this on tv, and she's really something.   Some of her idea are just great.   I especially like the idea that you can do anything for 15 minutes.  For those of us that are trying to lose weight, getting started with any kind of exercise program is a hard thing, but to give it a short time limit makes it more 'do-able'.   Many of us have the idea that we have to pump iron or something til we drop, and that's all wrong.  Any kind of activity in small increments is a good thing, and the more you do, the more you will be able to do.  The same theory holds with pounds lost, too.  They say that if you lose 5% of your body weight it will make an appreciable difference in your overall health.   5% is a very small amount, very possible to do in a relatively short time, especially with exercise.  And then you can do 5% all over again, don't worry about the large numbers.

Looks like a great site! I'm bookmarking this one! I'm definitely "living in CHAOS like Franny in the pink sweats." But I have company coming next month which is definite incentive to get things organized!  :p
