Well, it will be a few weeks before we get the house, but we are officially in Georgia.  Both cars and the pop up now sport GA license plates.  The line was a little too long to get drivers licenses, so we will be making an appointment for that.

We took Natasha to lake Altoona to go for a swim yesterday afternoon.  She says as longs as she gets to go swimming, she will accept the new state.

We start work Monday, so we have two days to explore.  Probably going to drive up into the mountains today to check out areas for dry camping.

It's nice to see that you have your priorities right! :D

It sounds like things have gone smoothly so far.  I hope it continues that way for you, Tim, and that the adjustment to your new state is a quick and easy one!

Glad everything is going ok and that you had a safe trip.
Watch out for the heat in the summer, I have a good friend who lives in Ga. and a few years ago it stayed over 100 F for over a week, then dropped down to the mid 90's. :eyecrazy:

I know you'll enjoy the extended camping season.

We'll miss you at the rally

Does this mean that if I can ever afford Braves tickets, my popup can find a home at your place?!?!?!

Seriously, best wishes on the move and starting your jobs. I can't imagine the stress of a move like that! We have lived in the same house since Billie was born (18 years!).

We will definately miss you at the rally.
