Looking into a Damaged PU.

A co-worker has a pop up we are going to go and look at on sunday.
She told us that over the winter mice got into it and chewed up the
canvas and the foam mattresses on the bunkends. They also left
thier little mousy droppings all over.
 
I have no idea what year or model or anything about it but they are moving and
don't want to deal with it and want to just give it to us or it is
going to the dump. They know we have some experience with PUs and know the basics of
what to do. So if the box and everything else is in decent to good
condition, I thought I would bring it home, clean it up and if
possible do the repairs on it. It sounds like it may need new
canvas which I don't want to put the money into. It would probably
cost around $600 for a replacement.
 
I'd hate to see this PU go to the dump so I'm going to do what I
can. Oh yeah, since I have already have one, I'm going to do the
same and pass it along to a family who would like one and can't afford it for just the cost of the
repairs if I should decide to make them or if I can't do them. It may be a handy mans camper. I'm not
to handy with a tool belt.....LOL.

It is a lot easier than trying to explain it in words,
and then we could possible offer help in whether things need replacing or repairing, and how best to repair it!
