I haven't said anything to anyone about this until now because I wanted to wait until things were final. II just purchased a one-bedroom condo near HanamuBay in Oahu, Hawaii, as an investment property. Escrow finally closed this week.
In case anyone is interested in accommodations for an upcoming getaway to the Islands, it's available for weekends or on a weekly basis. For now, a friend of mine will be handling bookings until I can find an agent. Weekends will cost about $100 for three nights and $250 for the week.These prices are for friends and family only. Prices will be a bit higher for people we don't know but can be discussed on an individual basis. In any case, it's a one-bedroom, high rise unit overlooking the ocean, nestled among lush greens, and has a beautiful ocean view from every window.I've included a photo. We were the folks that you gave some great advice, when we went to NYC last summer.

I wasn't able to login to Yhaoo mail via the link that you posted. I presume there are pictures to see.

We are hoping to make a trip to Hawaii next year, Holly and I and our 2 kids. Is your place big enough? We don't mind being a little crammped, and this sounds like a great deal!

Dee that's fantastic!!! I lived in Hawaii for a little over three years back in the mid 80s...that would have been a great price then...it's amazing now!  :>

Not to bust any bubbles around here but since you can't get to the picture, the joke is kind of lost I think.  I received an e-mail a few weeks ago with a similiar description.  The picture of the condo turned out to show a camper up in a tree with a ladder to it.  My guess is that is the same camper I was "invited" to spend a week in Hawaii in...

thank you Steve, ! but in all honesty i can have a room with a view in Hawai, i have a RCI time share i can use any where in the world! So am I still in with the girls?
