Anyone know where I can find a used AC unit for a pop up?

Not so sure a used one is the way to go. They are usually far and few between, a rare bird really. Once a roof top A/C goes out, they usually wind up in a junk pile somewhere.

You can probably get one fairly low cost at RV Add On's for under $500...
 
Question, what type of trailer do you intend to put this one, not all trailer roofs will support them (though most of the newer units will)...

If you check the signature line it list the PU.

you can check this page too. but be care full, some sell the parts separtely, the roof unit and the inside control unit!

You might consider a portable evaporative (swamp) cooler from Lowes or Home Depot.  They run $100-125 new.  No need to cut up the roof and only need to pack it along as needed.   My 2cents
