Christopher Reeves, who played superman has died of heart failure.

Sad.  I was fortunate to meet him in 1996 at the Dem Convention in Chicago.  NO I am not a Dem.  I was in the medical equipment and respiratory field in '96, we got an emergency call from his people as he was in flight to Chicago.  Apparently his ventilator failed in flight and they needed repair or replacement immediately.  So I grab a machine and the service manager and we head to the United Center to fix it.  Ran through the Secret Service gauntlet and then they escorted us to a private box and in he comes.  Even in a wheelchair, he had an imposing presence.  His wife, Dana was very gracious and very beautiful- he on the other hand not so friendly.  I could tell you how long it took for his people to pay us, but I won't.
