Once again I will sing the praises of Forest River Customer Service.  Yesterday I called 574-642-2640 with a question regarding removing portions of the tent for repair.  Within a half hour, I had a call back from "Mike", who patiently walked me through the proper steps.  (It's raining cats and dogs in San Diego, so I haven't tried it yet.)  The dealership we bought from closed right after we bought our Rockwood Premier 2307 trailer in 1995, so we have relied on factory help with our maintenance questions and problems over the years.  They have always provided excellent service.

It's good to hear someone giving a good review to a company. Especially since they are the people that made the hybrid that I own. I say this because I'll be taking the Roo in for a warranty job next week, and I'm hopefull that all will go well.
I guess I should make a note of that phone number, just in case.
Thank goodness, my dealer is still around and wants to resolve my issues.

Have a great day.

I second this! Our dealership has not gone out of business (might as well have) and i had some questions for them. They didn't answer them, so i call the dealership. The person i talked to was named Mike and he walked me through the installation process AND also sold me the parts at a very reduced rate.

What parts? What mods? Hahha! I purchased the hanging pantries from the dealership, but they didn't have the celing hooks - go figure. Forest River sold me the ceiling hooks AND the external cable (CATV) connections. All the parts i needed (including the drill bit) were less than $10 with shipping.

Coleman can't do that! Hahahahaha!

As far as i can tell, you cannot beat their service!
