Is there a good cleaner to remove algae from the roof of my Coleman Mesa?  It seems that within the last 2 weeks, the weather has been perfect for the stuff to grow.  Yes, I do park it in the shade, and under a bunch of trees. And on the west side of my house. :banghead:

I would say use a brush and cleaner with bleach in it.  The awning cleaners tend to do a great job on mold, mildew and I bet Algae...

One part bleach to two parts water, Don't even have to scrub. Wash it on let it set for a couple minutes, rinse it off. Roof looks like new. No more little black spots!

I agree with MtnCamper, anything that contains chlorine will do the job.
The bathroom mildew cleaners work well too. Just rinse well when you are done.

I use Simple Green. :)

Me, too.  I add a scrub brush and some elbow grease...

I used the awning cleaner they sold here at PopUP Times.  It worked well on both my awning and I used it on my camper too.  It sure smelled like bleach, so I bet a 1:1 bleach and water would do the trick.
