The End of 3 Seasons Resort in RB

This may be old news, but I just learned that 3 Seasons RV Resort in Rehoboth Beach has been sold to make way for a housing development.
Summer 2005 will be its last season.  I was very, VERY depressed to find this out.  I have vacationed on Delmarva for most of my 45 years.  Any suggestions for other campgrounds in the area? Cape Henlopen is beautiful but the camping is too primitive for this spoiled brat.

Have you tried Chincoteague?  We stayed at Tom's Cove. Sites are a little tight.  We also stayed at Tall Pines Harbor down from Chincoteague and to the right. Small family owned campground, sites are also a little tight, and you have to travel for excitement.

My son's friends stay at Big Oaks, in Rehoboth. We have also stayed at Tall Pines (not the same as the one in Virginia), between Lewes and Georgetown, about 5 miles from the fishing fleet and the Ferry.
Trapps Pond is a ways away from everything but it is a nice state park.  There are also parks around Ocean City, Frontier Land and they have another one right off US 50.

There are a lot of places to choose from down south...not much up here in New Castle County (Lums Pond SP).
