I am slowly coming back to the list, two weeks ago today I had bypass surgery. I am starting to get back to normal.
I just cant wait until i can sleep on my stomach again....... Looks like I need to be looking for some low fat camping recipes.....

Glad to hear you're back and beginning to be yourself again. Sounds like a camping trip might help. ;>   I'm going through the process now of trying to get my blood pressure under control. I come with a family history on both parent's side of heart problems.  It sure is amazing what they can find out in advance now and what they can fix.
