First trip of the season

Sorry Skip, that trip started in 2004 so it was your trip for 2004.  You can not count it for 2005.  You know this was the official ruling made earlier in the year.  One trip can not be count as a trip for 2 different years.

Glad you had a great time.  DH could not get it together in the rain so they went to the National mall in DC for the day.  He is thinking again about trying to go this week while our youngest is off on her spruing break.  Were there many other around?  Did you get the site you wanted?  Did you have to use the heat much?

We just returned from our first trip of 2005.  We camped at Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, weather was great.  Camped on Site HH54  We love this place,

We just got home from our first trip of the year, too.  Experienced torrential rains, wind, cool temps and finally today - 70 degrees and sunny.  Too bad we had to come home!  We camped with some 20 other families from TPUC and had a great time.  I need another camping fix quick!

The campground was only about one third to one half full.  A park ranger said they start filling up on weekends around the beginning of April.  We used the furnace a few times each evening.  We did not get one of my favorite sites, but we did get a nice site.
