this is our first pop up. 1978 puma please help!

:S  we bought this pop up and it needs some love.
      I would love to  up date it. but where do i start?
      where can you get supplies? what do need?  
      I love camping so does my husband and kids.
      also any sugestions on replacing the ice box?
      that is right a ice box not a frigerator. we are all so
      excited and can't wait.

welcome to the boards,
  well their are so many things you can do, if you spend a little money or a lot of money,
 most people remove the "ice box" and make a storage area out of it. or replace it with a electric fridge. Most people find it easier to buy a electric cooler/ 12volt-110 and use that, that the cheapest way. (walmart 79.00)
  is the canvas in good condition? , if not replacing it will cost anywere from 300-500 and up, if you have a big model.
 how are the cushions? do they need work/replacemnet ? do you have a pump faucet on your sink? might want to change that too, about 40.00
  curtain?
  wall paper?
  flooring?
  gas tanks
 waste holding tank
