Partial Solar Eclipse-Friday!

Hey! those of you living in the southern part of the USA, don't forget to check out the partial eclipse of the sun tomorrow afternoon.
I've posted a link to give you more info and a map is there to show you who can see this phenomenom and what you can expect to see.

REMEMBER DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN!!!!!! :yikes:  

You can view it by taking a piece of cardboard and poking a small hole in it and hold this over another piece of paper a foot or so apart.The sun will project onto the 2nd paper so you can "see" the eclipse without directly looking at it.
This is one of those astronomical events that happens rarely so take advantage of this opportunity.

Hard to see the sun through all the rain and clouds! :(

It's windy here everyday....25 to 30 mph as of late(I hate wind) .  My guess is the wind would just blow the moon around the sun anyway.

I hate the wind too...I think DH (it's his B-day today)told me we may see a smidge of it it.
