Are they including any extras - like the awning, screenroom, decor pacakge, rv grill, anything else like that?  Battery, propane tank?  Those are the things that come to my mind, however we bought our current camper about 4 or 5 years ago so I'm rusty on what they're giving out these days.  Try re-posting this in the General topic section, it might get more responses.

Congratulations on the new PU.  Do you have a brake controller for the electric brakes?  Is your vehicle wired?  How about wheel chocks, so the trailer doesn't roll away?  Are any accessories included with the PU?  My dealer in central PA sells the Sea Pine for $5666 (price from 2004) including an awning and refrigerator.:)

Petrina, prices on the west coast do run slightly higher than here in the east due to the much higher shipping costs, but I'd suggest looking at the Peco dealership site in Georgia and getting a price quote on the trailer you want. Add apx $600 to Peco's price for a really good deal out west.
