Palomino pop up How to fix , sets up very hard more than I can lift

Palomino Pony Pop Up goes up very hard more than I can lift. Is there any fix to this problem??

In order to help you with your pu problem we'll need to know if the Pal has swing arms or lift cables.  I'm guessing the swing arms ...

I can't help with either, but I know there are lots of people here who can.

I'm betting it's got the swing arms also. It's fairly common over time for the springs to lose their springyness. They are still available and not really expensive or difficult to install.
