Please help me choose a pop-up

Please help me narrow down my options.

I am willing to spend $3k - $4k. I would like a 12 ft box. Space and storage are my primary concerns. We're a family of 5. Slide-out would be great if it fits the price range. Shower is not desired / potti would be ok, if it didn't eat into storage too much. No major layout preferences.

Based on this criteria, what model and year do you think I'm looking at?

Ex. if I can live without the slide, then a mid-90's Niagara might be an option. Or maybe a 2002 Rockwood XYZ model?

I'm perfectly fine with buying a used model, I just don't know "how used" I'll have to go for the type of Pop-up I'd like to get.

We bought a 2000 coleman utah. It has a slide out dinette.This is nice for extra room inside. No potti or shower. The person who owned it before bought a small porta potti that fits nicely into a huge storage next to the door. If you need sleeping room. choose a popup that has a sofa to make a 4th bed. utah's have front storage for water hose, camping chairs, ect.

Our I.T. Manager where I work is selling a 1999 utah for 4500.00. I think it has a shower toilet combo and A/C. If you in California I could hook you up with him. I think the price is or best offer. As he's asked me about it a couple of times.

We bought ours for $4500.00 in Southeast Texas. Not sure where you live but Southeasttexas.com (local classifieds online.) is where we found this one.

Not sure what year they started making a slideout.
