We bought a new TV and need a ball mount.I can't remember the tongue height of our Palomino Yearling. The camper is now parked on a very unlevel pc of land, and I have know way to accuratly measure tongue height.I don't want to go through the hassle of buying different ball mounts and driving to a level parking lot until I get it right. Is there anyone who can measure their tongue height on their camper and let me know?I would greatly appreciate it.
Ours is a Palomino Yearling(1999)with 12"wheels

Thanks Jim

Sorry...mine is too old and too small.

Pretty unscientific (or maybe it is), but I went to their website and downloaded a brochure. I found a picture of a trailer being towed in the closed position. The brochure said it is 52" in travel height.

I blew the picture up large, measured the height (in centimeters on the screen), then measured the hitch height.

I set up a cross-ratio, and came up with 10.4 inches to the BOTTOM of the tongue.

Now, I'm interested in what somebody actually measures.  :p

PS: It was the picture of the Pony in their pdf brochure, which also has 12" tires.

WELCOME BACK JIM!!!!!

Long time no see.

Set the tongue height where it is stored. Measure from the ground to the front and from the ground to the rear, and adjust the tongue jack, when they are equal this should allow you to measure your tongue height.
