Sara I will not decide until the last minute.  It has to be nice on Sunday for me to go, and I have to find out how late I can check in.  I know at Assateague Island SP and Rocky Gap SP (both MD) there is a set time you have to be checked in by or you have to wait until the next day.

I knew we should have done Delaware, at least Trapps Pond, we did a MAPCE there and one family changed their mind and came in REALLY Late.

I am in.  Site 21.  There were only 3 sites left when I made my reservation.  There were sites in the electric only area though.  I will not get there until 10 PM I am guessing.

Hey guys,

I have not yet mastered navigating around this site!  I just found some postings I had not read.  Glad your comming Tracy, didn't I promise good wheather!  I'm just bringing some food, I figured we could pool it together if that is good with everyone.  I am anxious to try some of the bays seafood as I have had none yet.  Will pull in some time in the late afternoon...depends when Noel can get home from work.  Everyone drive safe and we'll see ya tomorrow!!!

I was hoping to come join you, if even just for the day (Saturday) but I just found out that my son will be performing (marching band) at Giants Stadium on Saturday. I had thought his competition was on Sunday  :mad: . Figures there's a COTOC trip with a good weather forecast and I can't go... Have fun. See you next time.

I made it home and unloaded with about 3 minutes until it started pouring. My area is under a sever thunder storm warning and I could see the storm rushing in from the north west. Lightning hit about 1/2 a mile away when we finished unhitching, we ran for the house.
 
I had a ball on this trip. I want to thank everyone for the wonderful time around the campfire last night.:eyecrazy: Even DS said he was glad he went on the trip. I am sorry we left before some of you returned from your morning trip. Hope to see you all again soon.
 
PS if Paula offers you a baked potato...ask her when she cooked it.

Tracy, glad to hear you had a good time and got home b4 the rain hit. We just finished K's soccer game today when light rain began. Heavier rain didn't begin until son walked over to the bball courts  :mad:

Hey all,

Made it home!  The Fall Foliage was just breathtaking!  I don't think I have ever seen such autumn splendor....just like them photographs you see on them calendars
We had a great time with everyone and will be looking forward to the next camping season.  Happy Hibernation!

We made it home in 2 1/2 hours, thirty minutes faster than Fri.  Traffic was heavy around Baltimore, but at least it kept moving.  We had a great time, especially around the campfire Sat. night.  We had one of our fastest popdowns, only an  hour.  Maybe it was because we were hardly in the camper all weekend.  Have a nice winter, see you in the spring.

I made it home in 1 hour and 50 minutes.   I had a really nice time too and wish I could have stayed longer at the campfire.  DS was so sad to leave his campings aunties and uncles (real ones included too).  Sounds like the party started just as we left.  See ya all in the spring, if not sooner.
