Hi All

DW and I got in about 9:30 pm last night. Long haul from Dover, Delaware to NH, about 12 hours.

Trip was 7064 miles and 51 days.

Both DW and I had a great time and lots of stories to tell.

I will post a trip report in a couple of days once we get settled back in.

We had a few problems with the house when we got back so have to get those squared away first.

Had a roof leak in the bedroom.

Eucalyptus wreath on the wall bled and stained the living room wall and rug. New paint and rug in July.

Hot water heater relief valve was stuck and had water in the cellar. This happened after we got home and I lit the hot water heater.

Damn moths ate my boxers.

 Glad you made it home safely. Maybe all that is a message that the house wasn't ready for you to return . (sorry about the new paint and carpet) Looking forward to your stories.

Welcome home Gene!  I am glad you had a great trip and made it home safely.  I am sorry about the damage to your house.  Now you have something to do over the winter;) .  I think the house like the orange rug and is trying to get it back.:p

Yikes.....sounds like you should have just continued camping to avoid the house problems!  ;>   Glad to hear your trip was a good one and can't wait to hear the stories!
