Vinyl Propane Cover ? ? ?

My sister in-law gave me a brand new 20# propane tank for my second tank on my Sante Fe and I got he J-hooks from the dealer but they didn't have a propane cover and said to order from Fleetwood is VERY expensive. Anyone got any ideas where I can get a BLACK vinyl single propane cover to match or almost match the one I got from Fleetwoood.

Here's a cheap one but it doesn't cover the valve.

I've seen generic covers at most RV dealers parts depts.
 
Black might be cheaper to get than the green ones for the Colemans.
