O.K. guys and gals I need a little help. I have a Flagstaff 825D popup that the side roof is leaking on. The wood is completely rotten. What would be the best way to go about repairing this.

I am not familiar with your PU, but I am guessing that it has an aluminum/wood roof.  You will need to replace all of the rotted wood and then put a waterproof layer on the outside of the new roof.  Some people have just rebuilt their roof if the rotted area is large.  If it is a small area you could just replace the rotted area from the inside of the roof, so that the aluminum is still in place.  Do you know where the roof is leaking?  If not you will need to fix that too, or the new wood will rot.  Good luck and let us know how the job progresses.:)
