It looks like my 2000 Utah has a cable break-away on it. What do I have to do to have electric brakes on the camper and TV? Thanks!

If it has a cable break-away on it, then the trailer should have brakes. That cable is there so if the pup comes off the ball it locks the brakes. You should just have to put a brake controller on the TV and make sure you have the right plugs.

You should have brakes on the camper.  They were standard that year.  Is your vehicle wired for electric trailer brakes?  If it is then you will need to get a brake controller and wire it to the plug on the vehicle.  If your vehicle is not wired for electric brakes you will need to run the wiring for the brakes  to the plug that the trailer plugs into and install the brake controller.  Good luck with the camper and the brakes.:)
