Coleman/Fleetwood stepper door light...

As you can see by my signature, I went to the dark side and have now returned to the world of pop-ups. Hybrid life was just not for me! Anyway, my new '06 Santa Fe is "missing" a few things my other PU's had. One of these is the stepper door light. I guess it saves Fleetwood a few cents per camper to not include little things like that. To make a long story short, I plan to add one to my PU, and I was hoping someone could send me a picture of their factory installed stepper door light. I remember on my Carmel it was simply an amber side marker light screwed up there, but I would like to put mine in the correct location. Any help would be appreciated!

You can put it where ever you want to, make it your own mod.  PUX sells a stepper door kit, but it is an easy mod if you can do the wiring.

This is a mod I have been planning for a while.  While I lost the stepper door wehn I moved from the Santa Fe to the Niagara, I would still like a light over teh step.  My thought is using an LED truck clearance marker light.  With an LED I can leave it on all the time and not really worry about the battery running down.
