PVC bike racks

Hi Everyone

I remember reading about a few people making bike racks out of PVC. These racks then sat on the top of the popup secured with several ropes tied to the sides of the popup (hope that makes sense). I can't seem to find those threads via a search. Anyone point me in the right direction as I would like to revisit these threads and maybe have a go at building a unit myself
