We have a 2006 Fleetwood Timberlake. We purchased a tip-out galley shelf from Fleetwood (Coleman as the RV dealer calls them). The carton contained no instructions.

It is called a "Tipout Shelf, model 3800". Serial# is: 4759B6121. The RV dealer we ordered it from did not have the instructions on-site.

Does anyone have one of these or can help?

We bought one a couple of years ago and love it. IIRC, there were'nt any instructions with ours either. I'll be camping this next weekend (6/29-7/1) and I'll take another look at mine and see how I did it.

From what I can remember, I think there were some holes on either side of the cross bar that pushes out and holds up the galley window canvas and I think I just screwed the nylon webbing into those holes, but I'll double check again next weekend and let you know.

Dear griffsmom, Sorry for so long to reply. I don't logon that often.

I figured out a solution from some pop-up improvement websites. One was a wood shelf that is propped on the galley raise bar with a wood dowel for support. We returned the Tip-out shelf to the dealer.

These websites are real cool! We even followed the instructions for laying carpet. since the improvements, our camping trips have been great! JW

The shelf you mentioned is the one we bought. It was too wide for our galley so we returned it to the dealer. I found a solution on a popup improvement website, a wood shelf attached to the galley lift bar. Works great! JW
