We just upgraded from a pop-up to a 2000 Palomino S-19 hybrid and are generally very happy with our choice. After taking the trailer out on our first trip and enjoying the comfort of a TT during 48 hrs of rain we discovered that the exterior floor was soaked. We took the molding off the sides and noticed that the water did not get past the frame, so the main part of the floor is still intact. We are drying it out right now but would be thankful for any suggestions as to seal it or change to different materials. Right now is has several layers, the bottom layer is some kind of plastic, then some protective film and then the plywood. The front of the trailer, underneath the fiberglass wall also contains some water.

Any suggestions??

When you speak of the exterior floor, do you mean the underside? The first thing to do is find out where the water is getting in to wet the floor and then sealing the leak.......
