We have had our popup for about a month now and have taken 3 close to home trips.  can someone give me a list of regular maintenance things I should be doing.  I already check tire pressure and torque on lug nuts before each trip.  other than that, I'm not really sure what things I should be doing between trips to keep the camper in good shape.  We do a thurough cleaning each time and never put it away wet.  We have an A/C also.  Anything special with that?  thanks in advance for all your advice.

For sure, that tire pressure check heads the list ...!

Then, there's the annual wheel bearing servicing where the grease and seals are replaced.

For the lift system, it has always been recommended to use a silicone spray for the lifters and in addition, for my Goshen lift system, there are two zerk fittings on the lifter cover pan located on the underside of the camper and they get just a quick shot of grease. Also, for the crank and wench, that gets a spray of the silicone spray, too.

Aside from the exterior washings, both the camper metal exterior and canvas cleaning, I also watch for mildew starting on the interior, no doubt from condensation. The canvas cleaning has been an annual thing.

Then there is the appliances, the recommended procedure by their manufacters, plus the brake maintenance if so equiped.

That ought to add to your list!
