I was lookng at camping world and they have like 3-4 different ones ranging from like $55-$155.  Does anyone have a suggestion on which one would be best?

My experience has been that the smallest sway stabilizers (a.k.a. sway bars) are rated for trailers up to 5,000-6,000 lbs.  If your pop-up comes close to that, you have one mean pop-up!

The friction type single side sway bar should handle your pop-up with no problem. http://www.rvstuffusa.com/standardfrictionswaycontrolbyreese.html (there are plenty of different models from other places) Look on the tongue of your Fleetwood for six holes on the outside of the frame...I'm not sure if the '99's were equiped this way or not. If not, it's just a matter of getting the plate welded to the tongue. The other requirement for this swaybar is a plate on which to mount a smaller ball that the bar uses. This is mounted beside the big trailer ball on the receiver hitch and can be either welded or used with a plate that goes between the ball and the hitch http://www.campingworld.com/browse/skus/index.cfm/Driving-Your-RV/Hitching--Towing/Towing/Sway-Control/Sway-Control-Adapter/skunum=21927:src=CROS
