Anyone familiar with the Fleetwood Element series (especially the Cobalt)

I've been looking and among the new popups the Cobalt within the Fleetwood Element series seems to be a good value.  They are light enough (~1200 LBS) for my vehicle (rated for 2K LBS), a decent size, and relatively inexpensive.  However, I live in Maryland where summers can get ugly.  I plan to do quite a bit of my camping in Virginia (where it is a tad hotter), and even PA where I do most of my camping gets warm in the summer.  The interior and exterior of the Element series is all black and gray.  I'm concerned that with that color scheme it will get quite hot inside.  Does anyone own one or know someone who does?  How much warmer does the color scheme make it?  Is there anything (slip covers?) that can be done to improve it?  Is it always going to be warmer inside than a more conventional popup color scheme?

It seems like it would be great for autumn and winter camping, but for summer months in warm climates I'm not sure if it would be livable.

I have a Cobalt and live in Colorado, so therefore getting too hot is not a real issue.  However, you did get me thinking, I looked at my pictures of it opened up and the Sumbrella tenting is mostly white.  The hard top is a light grey, so it may attract a little more sunlite.  The bottom 10"-12" of Sumbrella is black.  I see alot of PU's with overall darker tenting than what I have.  Feel free to browse the links below where I have posted some shots of the PU set up.
Can you put AC on the unit?

RoadTrip

I recently purchased a Cobalt in March and have been to Georgia for 2 weeks in April and several campgrounds in Maryland and Virginia throughout the summer. While this is my first pup, don't have anything to compare it to. However, it has been quite comfortable with only a small turbo fan for sleeping at night. Was torn between the Cobalt and the Graphite, but went with the lesser weight. Don't want to kill my Honda Element. Hope this helps.
