Rockwood 2280

Have a chance to purchase a Rockwood 2280 in pretty good condition.  It has a toilet and shower, canvas is in very good shape with one small tear in the inside tinted piece.  It's a 2001, and has been used less than 2 dozen times.  The guy i'm buying it from is the original owner.  He wants $2500.  I'll need to replace the door and the cranking mechanisim as soon as Its brought home.  Is it worth it??  I've never owned a popup before, where would I buy the replacement parts?
