J C Whitney has Duro C-78-13 ST load range D [1630 lbs.] tires for $64.99 each. Buy two, $129.98  and get free shipping.. A good deal ?......

That is a good deal. That is who we bought our tires last spring from and had them mounted and balanced here at Discount Tire. There is no state sales tax and free shipping. It is worth the price.

Anytime the word "balancing" come up in a post it raises my "sider sense" LOL

Trailer wheels rarely have concentric center holes that normal passenger car wheels have and should not be balanced using the standard balancing equipment that uses the center hole to locate the wheel/tire. A adapter called a lug centric which mounts to the wheel/tire and located the wheel by it's lugnut holes on the balancer needs to be used or else have the wheels/tires spun balanced on the trailer.
Other wise in most cases you'll be worse off than if you did nothing at all reguarding balancing.
