I'm "Camping" this Christmas....

in my sister's backyard.  It's a drive of about 175 miles and we decided that sleeping on bunk-ends in the pu was far preferable to sleeping on air mattresses on the floor in her house.  Add 4 more nights to my total for the year.  No issues with the restrooms at this place, either, except there is only 1 shower so the line could get a little long there.    The forecast calls for temps around 50 high, low 30's upper 20's low with possible showers one day.  Not a problem when we'll be in the house most of the time, eh?  Merry Christmas!!

One of the best campgrounds I ever stayed at was Aunt Dot's Invitational campground.  It has 15 amp electric and water, is heavily wooded, and even comes with breakfast (and sometimes lunch and dinner).

It's only open by invitation, so no contact information.  Rates are negotiable.
