SCCampers 5th Annual Trick or Treat Rally, 2007

Hi,
   We have deposited all the checks received so far plus the cash as of Sunday nite. The contract will be mailed out today along with a check for what has been sent into us. The train station asked me to relay this message. All who are going, need to be at the station at least 30 minutes before the train leaves.
 
  I want to make sure that the familes who are coming in early reply back to me by this Thursday so that I have an accurate count to tell Far West resort.

 Lastly it is my wife, Trina's B-day this tuesday. :cake:

I was informed over the weekend that I have to be in camp the weekend of this rally. There's 250 people coming to camp and we have to run the trading post. I have emailed Dee with suggestions on the breakfast food list she emailed me. I am sorely disappointed I was not told this earlier, but I have to deal with it. Bummer.

watch the board everyday...if Bob is the wagonmaster and if someone needs to cancel then they will contact him. I'm not sure where on the waiting list you are but he will post that a site opened up and who he filled it with
