Converter tackled now onto the Water !!

Ok on to my next lesson...looking at my sink...water supply comes from the outside into a check valve that goes both to my sink and to a tank under the sink...do i need this tank ?? and ill ask this simple question what is it for ???

I'm not familiar with your particular PU but I would imagine that is your water storage tank. They can be as small as 10g and as large as 25g. The larger tanks are mounted under the trailer.

This tank is for storing water for when you are not hooked up to a water supply. That's called, "Dry camping".

Small world, my mom lives in Peoria and I was just out there in December.

I've got an '87 Starcraft "Nova" probably set up the same as yours.  So yes, as already mentioned, that's "good water" storage.  If you haven't figured out your sink faucet's pump yet, you unscrew it and it raises up a bit, then you can pull it up about 4" and then start pumping it up and down to pump water from the storage tank.  Then before you slide the bunks in, make sure you put it in the down mode and screw it back down all the way so the bunks don't snap it off.
