My pop up has an alumitite roof all scratched up .What would be the best product to paint with. Thanks daniel

You would need to remove any loose or chipping paint.  Then, use the appropriate primer and exterior grade paint, making sure the paint and primer are compatable.  Any harware store or automotive store would have appropriate paint.
