Stepper door lock finally fixed

The last chapter in the stepper door lock repair.  Turns out it was NOT the locking bars for the door.  It was the stop on the lock cylinder that stops the rotation of the bars when they deploy and retract.

The old cylinder was badly worn at the stop area and the new one was prisitine with the whole stop in place not worn away.  The difference was enough to allow the bars to retract all the way into the door without stopping at the proper place.

The rivet drill out was pretty easy, and the replacement of the cylinder was two screws and one big 3/4 in nut that holds the bar in place.

The slots in the door where the bars come out was a little deformed but a hammer and a punch squared that away pretty fast.  Used some lubricant on the threads and screws to put off rust as long as possible.

Its fixed..Yay.
