We've been to 3 out of 4, missing Indiana Dunes. Sand is Sand is Sand... We enjoyed Sleeping Bear Dunes each time we've been there.

I was a little disappointed with the Apostle Island, guess the rest of Superior Shoreline spoiled us.

Great hiking in and around the Pictured rocks, plus a few nice waterfalls.

We LOVE Pictured Rocks.  Sleeping Bear is nice too, but did I mention we really LOVE Pictured Rocks?  :D  Indiana State Dunes is on our list to explore.

I've never been to Apostle Islands, but my understanding is it's meant to be enjoyed from on the water...by kayak or canoe.

Yup, Marcy, the kayaking was great and the salmon running were fantastic at Sleeping Bear.
