bad canopy poles

After about 7 years of service, the telescoping poles on my canopy no longer pull out.  I know there are rubber parts in there that act as a clutch.  I've tried a little bit of WD-40, etc. but these suckers are STUCK!

Any place I can find replacements for them, or any tricks I haven't tried?
