First Up Canopies

Does anyone know if First Up Canopies has a website to order parts from? We purchased on while camping last week and got caught in a bad storm and it damaged some of hinged parts and the top center plastic piece.

I can't seem to find a manufacturer site anywhere....any help would be greatly appreciated.
