leak under the sink

Okay...had my 2005 Fleetwood Allegiance out for the first time last weekend and of course found a problem with a leak under the sink.  There is a connection from the outside city water hook up to the hot and cold connections under the sink.  There is a brass connection where the leak seems to be but there is no way that I can see that I can tighten or fix the connection.

Ketelsens said they'd have it in for over 3 weeks if I wanted them to fix it.  Not an option for me.
Any suggestions?

Can you get a picture of it for us? If it's a screw off connector, pull it off, and see if there is a rubber o-ring in there, reseat that if there is one. You can also buy thread tape (a white filmy thin tape you wrap on the threads and screw it back in).

The only other thing I can think of is maybe you need a water pressure regulator on the water hookup at the site. If they're over pressure it could cause the leak as well as damage water lines in the popup.

If we had a pic to see, it'd be easier to see waht might need to be done.

Are you using a water pressure regulator?

If you're not, this leaking is common and can cause a lot of damage. You can pick-up a pressure regulator at Wal-Mart for $10. You should never hook up to city water without one.

I do use a water pressure regulator.  I'll try to get a picture of the leak area and post it guys...
