Ceiling door staps on a Coleman PU

The staps that hold the door to ceiling of my 99 Westlake during transit have become detached from the ceiling.  How do I resecure them?  Thanks for any advice.

I would put Gorilla Glue in the holes and then put the fastener back in the hole.  Tape the fastener in place and let it dry for a day.  I had the bracket that holds the shower cover panel up, pull out of my ceiling.  I repaired it this way several years ago and haven't had a problem with it since.
